leovendz.shop sells digital educational products.

All products currently offered are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

After an order is processed, the customer receives access to the purchased digital product through an electronic download link.

The link may be provided in a separate email sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Digital delivery is generally initiated after successful payment and order processing.

Delivery may be delayed by payment verification, automated security checks, email filtering, or technical issues.

We do not guarantee a specific delivery time unless expressly stated at checkout.

No physical shipping fees apply to digital-only products.

If your download email has not arrived, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.

If you still cannot access your purchase, contact leochadd@proton.me with your order number and purchase email address.

Our digital guides are provided in PDF format.

Customers should use a compatible PDF reader on their computer, tablet, or mobile device.

If a download link is unavailable, expired, or not functioning correctly, contact our support team.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working replacement.

Digital purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
